Shipping Policy

1. FOB to NY

2. Overruns and underruns:  We reserve the right to ship up to 1-2% under or over the quantities ordered.

3. For Hand Sanitizer and Powerbank, DG fee will be applied to the order automatically. $42/Per carton (22 lbs limit per carton).

4. To ensure safe delivery for ceramic mugs and drinkware. Protective-Pack box will be used.  $6.25/ carton

5. Orders shipped to more than one destination are subject to charges for additional destinations.

6. Any claims concerning delayed merchandise must be made directly to the carrier. Lava Imprint Products’ responsibility ceases once the merchandise is delivered to the carrier.

7. Please note: Air shipping cannot be used for international shipments or items with lithium batteries.

8. C.O.D. Shipment is not Accepted.

9. Our primary carrier are UPS, Fedex and DHL.

Air: 6-8 business days
Air+Ground: 12 business days

Sea: 30-32 business days
Sea+ground: 28 business days

Return & Exchange Policy

Every Return need to be processed with our RMA form. Factory authorization number must be obtained in writing prior to return of merchandise for any reason, or our Receiving Department will not accept return shipment. Returns must be shipped within 12 days of purchase. Once blank items are decorated, no returns will be accepted. All boxes containing blank items must be inspected and verified as the correct product ordered before decorating. For third parties, it is the decorator’s responsibility to verify receipt of correct product. Blank returns will have a 20%-50% restocking fee. There are no refunds on shipping and freight charges. Imprinted merchandise is non-refundable unless authorized.

Decorated product orders has to be cancel before the production. $100-$500 Cancellation fee will be apply.
